Exercise Buddy needed

I live in Ozark Missouri and was wondering if there is anybody nearby who would like to become an exercise buddy? I'll be 4 months out on Wednesday and I do alot of walking at work, but need some motivation to get a little bit more going on. If anyone is interested please email me. Have a great day! BTW does anyone know when the support group meeting is at St Johns in Springfield for those of us who aren't that far out post op? I would appreciate any information Take care, Anita

Anita... I wish...gosh do I --- that we lived closer. I would take you up on the offer is a HEARTBEAT!.. I don't have anyone here to workout with ...especially when my DH is at work and I miss that... it is so much fun..... ...hope that you find someone.... you might also look into something local (even if it isn't WLS related).... you might be surprised at what you find!
