Information on Mardi Gras/St Louis

Hello Everyone, I am heading to your lovely city on tomorrow the 28th. I am planning on seeing the FAT Tuesday parade! Any suggestions??? Where is the best place tow atch it or is there restaurant or bar that is better than rest? ANy suggestions would be appreciated. I will be attending HOme Interiors & Gift convention downtown and I am staying at the Drury Inn. Thank you ,
