I'M STILL HERE!!!

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I've been really busy with work and family stuff. I'm holding at a 92 lb. loss; kind of discouraging, but I'll keep on keepin on! I wasn't at the last support group meeting in Sedalia because I was visiting a student in the hospital. I will definitely be at the next one, and I'm bringing a buddy with me! He is the father of one of my students, and has been approved for surgery, which will take place in Sedalia. Part of his pre-surgery prep requires him to go to 2 support group meetings: one in St. Louis, and one elsewhere. So, naturally he chose us! If you are able to attend the next support meeting in Sedalia, you will get to meet him. Please pour the love and support on him. Even though his surgery will be in St. Louis, he will probably attend our support group. I hope to see many of you in March in Sedalia. Remember to take your vitamins, drink your water, and thank God everyday for the magnificent tool you have been given! Patty

Patty, Please give your friend our support from us on the Missouri Board. Even though I won't be at the Sedalia meeting, he has the support from your friend at ObesityHelp too. Holding a 92 pound weight loss is great! Before surgery, could you have ever said "holding a 92 pounds weight loss"? I lost many pounds but I was always either going up/down but never holding anything (other than a cookie!). Congratulations on maintaining your weight loss. Keep up the great work! Hi there my angel. I don't know if I will be able to attend the next meeting because it is ash wednesday. Depending on when church is will determine whether I can come. I want to be there so I will do everything I can to be there. I am doing great. I am drinking, taking my vitamins, eating my protein etc...it is working because as of this morning I have lost 76 pounds only 12 pounds until my first goal of 200. I went to the dollar store and they had sweatshirts on sale for 50 cents so I looked. All they had was a large I bought it knowing that one of these days I would be able to wear it. I got it home and tried it on, it fit snuggly but it fit. I felt sorta self conscience in it but my hubby kept saying it looked good. I was shocked. Well, I will let you go! Hopefully I will see you at the support group meeting. Love ya, Penni

Hi there Angel!!! I thought you went to Heaven and left me here alone. Either that or the bracelet was so heavy that you could not fly anymore. LOL Glad to see you on here. I also will not be able to go to next support meeting as it is Ash Wednesday, and I sing in the choir. I hate to miss seeing you and your friend. I will be there in thoughts. But we only have church in the evening. Patty, do you take Centrum chewable? I have a bottle you can have if you want them. I dont like the taste/ Colette
