READ! REQUEST from Senator Day, Sponsor SB 597

I am posting the response from the Sponsor of SB597 I got to an email I sent, I have a copy posted on the message from Betty urging us to all write. If you can help her with testimony I would encourage you to write your testimony email it and offer to come to the hearings if she needs you. She is also asking that we have people call and request that the bill be heard! Also, include before/after pictures... Posting response from Senator Day: I am going to print your letter out and save it for public testimony if and when my bill is ever heard in committee. I really need more people to call their legislators and request that this bill be heard. I would also like people to come to committee hearings and show pictures if you are comfortable with that and give your personal testimony. Thank you for writing and please keep in touch. Where would the hearing take place? I am not able to get this surgery due to exclusion and I would be happy to take the trip to be heard. I believe there should be medical neccessity and pre- screening but to exclude treatment to everyone is total discrimination. Dannielle
