Kelli, Thanks for the positive thoughts. I am very fortunate it was caught early, and I am grateful they could schedule the surgery quickly. I hate waiting. I want to take the next step in this journey, so I can continue on with my WLS journey which has been so wonderful. Linda

Marla, Thanks so much. Everyone on the OH boards have been so supportive. I plan to be posting my return home soon. It is outpatient surgery, so if it is uneventful, I should be home some time Monday. I may have to wait until Tuesday to post, because I my write something stupid while I am under the influence of anesthesia. I was pretty out of it after WLS. Linda

Sorry to hear of your news...but do not despair, I know some cancer patients who are completely cancer free.....Please let us know how you are doing. My next door neighbor had a double mastectomy and was home the next day....You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck and Chin up.

Nana Linda, The news itself must have been scary but you have a God who is able. My friends mom had the same news when we were 15. We're 33 now. And she is great. She got the smae news again earlier last summer. Same breast. Its gone again. (It was just trying to see if she really meant for it to go away for good. hee hee hee She did.) You will come through it too.
