Angel Magee Update

I talked to Bruce (Angel's husband) today. He stated that Angel was doing good. In pain due to her IV infertrating (sp). But has been up and walking. They did do the surgery Lap which she is very happy about. The Dr. seems to think that she will be able to go home tommorow. I asked Bruce to tell Angel that we all were thinking of her and that she is in our thoughts and prayers. Will post again if I hear anymore. Melissa

Thanks Melissa. Bruce couldn't place the phone number - we were both glad you called. It's nice to know you got someone pulling for you. I am home and very sore. I just can't seem to get comfortable (it's this big belly I am having to deal with)...Also, I noticed that if I get still for very long, my temp goes up. It's the breathing thing - your lungs get closed up under anesthesia so you've got to get the air going. I even slept propped up in the hospital to keep the air going.... well, no real interest in food at all, passing gas and peeing well. So far, vitamins are going down okay. I couldn't believe they put sugar-free soda, hot tea with caffeine and real grape juice on my tray....I steered away from the carbonation, caffeine and sugar. it was a surprise.
