Wayne, I hope all goes well at your MD appointment. From seeing you at the support group meeting and your posts, you're doing awesome!!! How often do you have follow-ups? I'm glad you're doing follow-ups as they are so important. I loved my follow-up appointments to get the official number of poundage lost! Let us know how it went. would have been nice to meet you, Wayne. That was Day 2 for me and I wasn't pretty but I was there ! I was probably up and trying to get comfortable...I know this isn't supposed to be ALL THAT horribly painful but my big belly really makes it harder..... This really does hurt....now I've got to go walk down the hall - I always feel better after I walk a bit...
