I'm up and at em'... finished yogurt w/freshly ground flax YUMMY Cats fed Dogs fed Lizard fed Laundry going Drinking my coffee.... Hey the push for protein worked for me... I must of got in close to 100 grams yesterday (even took a bottle of Isopure to work with me) and guess what? Down 2 lbs as of this morning! WHOOOOOOOOOOO BABY. Yes yes yes... Gonna try it again today and see what happens... at least my scale never goes the wrong direction even though it is pokey doing down lately... Everyone have a great day! Elizabeth~

Sounds like you are doing great! Wow, 100 grams of protein. I seem to only get in 50-60 a day. I think that is pretty good concidering my third month anniversity is Feb. 4. Do you get in all of your calories too? I am having trouble getting all of them in. I am good to get in 600 and then with excersizing I always drop about 100 atleast. I don't want to go into starvation mode. I started eating fruit but you know it is hard for me to get a whole serving in. Do you have any suggestions for higher calorie foods? Penni... Here is a breakdown of what I ate yesterday... it doesn't vary by much as I don't mind being a creature of habit. Brekkie.. Blue Bunny Lite 85 yogurt W/ 1/8 C. ground flax. ( I dip my spoon into the yogurt and then into the flax) PLUS COFFEE Early a.m. snack at work (1 bottle of Isopure) 11-12 (still at work) another Blue Bunny yogurt w/flax Lunch @ 1 or 1:30ish Chicken breast, a tiny dab of potatoes, couple of spoons of green beans. Iced tea w/ sweetener 4 4:30 ish. Either another yogurt w/flax. Coffee Dinner Just ate a small salad while I'm waiting for my two eggs to finish hardboiling. Coffee Before I go to bed I whip up a protein shake. One Blue Bunny yogurt smoothie w/ 1 scoop Designer Whey strawberry protein w/ frozen strawberries thrown in. All throughout the day I am drinking water to beat the band.. The yogurts alone have 6 grams of protein. The smoothie 13 grams by itself. Put the scoop of protein powder in I have boosted it to 33 grams. Isopure has 40. I'm at 91 grams w/o even figuring in the flax (it has protein too!) and my lunch with the chicken breast or even the eggs!... PLUS DRINK YOUR WATER!!!!! Hope this helps.... Elizabeth~
