Good morning everyone, I know what you mean about those commutes. They can get old! I have been battling a horrible ear infection. Am hoping the antibiotics kick in today. I have a Wednesday deadline and surgery on Thursday. It's really hard to concentrate on work. I have to say, I am really struggling with this liquid diet. I cheated the last two days. By a lot. I'm trying again today. Tracey

Tracey I know how you feel sweetie. I am on my liquid diet and I never thought I would miss chewing as much as I do. I went out a bought out Wal Mart last night on hard sugar free candy and sugar free gum. lol Actually it hasnt been that bad. When I had the choice to eat I was never hungry but now that I know I cant I kind of feel hungry all the time. And I know it has got to be in my head. If you ever want to drop me a line please do. I know I need all the encourgement I can get myself. And if I can be of any help to anyone else thats what I am here for. Good luck sweetie and just take it 1 day at a time. God Bless Melissa

Happy Birthday Linda. My daughter turned 8 today. I was home today too...what a great day for us all....I still had chores to do. The weather was beautiful....anyone besides me thinking positive thoughts out there? For some reason, it just seems like we should all be seeing how blessed we are and how BEAUTIFUL our fellow humans can be....(well, maybe except that mean guy in the other car today)...
