Hi Marla, Gosh I'm sorry that I havent been around the boards or for that matter emailed you. Life has been hectic and just got out of the hospital Tuesday the 10th! I had to have my gallbladder taken out. So before that I was a pretty sick woman. So life just seemed to be eat a little lay down go to work. That's all I felt well enough to do but am feeling much much better. I had surgery Monday and by Wednesday I was back at work. Walk a little slow but every day is better than the day before. Plus I've been a little distracted in a good way too! Had a wonderful date with a wonderful guy and really enjoyed it alot. (Hopefully there will be more dates with him in the future! What a cutie!) So as you can tell life is being very very sweet to me! Love it! BTW I love your picture you've posted Miss Skinny Butt! I remember when you were in the hospital right after surgery saying "I'm scared to death that I'll be one that this surgery doesnt work on" Well guess what? You were wrong! lol! Hang in there kiddo you are working on the biggest miracle of your life! You know in just one year I can't believe where life has taken me... In just a little over a year I have lost 286 lbs (Pre and Post op) and life has changed so much it has made my head swim. I'm so glad that Dr. Bumby has helped me through this time and sort all of this newness out with me. I don't think I could have made the emotional changes without her wise counsel. She's such a wonderful lady. Well I just wanted to "check in" with you and to say I'm sorry for all the quiet on my end of the line. Hopefully I'll get more chatty again. I have missed the boards! Wow it's great to hear from you. I was so sad to hear about your gall bladder, but glad all is well now. Also very happy to hear your social life is looking up girl. Email me all the details.......lol. Lets try to keep in touch Ardie, I miss you! Marla 335/281/138
