wanna help my sister anyone??

My little sister is opening a restaurant in a small town in Oklahoma in a few months. She has made up a survey of questions. She emailed it to all her friends and family, but she wants brutally honest answers. It helps when you don't know the person, you can be very honest. She already knows that half of all restaurants fail in the first year. So she's preapred for that.
