Hope this helps someone....I have saved these to my favorites and use them all the time.
My main one is www.fitday.com
THIS SITE REALLY HELPS YOU KEEP TABS ON WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING IN YOUR MOUTH!!

I LOVE fitday! That got me through the first six months of surger andhelped me to understand what was right and wrong. I still go there every once in a while to enter my food.
I also used to keep track of my weight on there and liked the graph they used. It made me feel so good to enter in my weight every other week. I haven't done that in a long time, since I've maintained my weight now for over a year. (WHEW! Better than gaining!!!)
Take care, Kristen
Okay, here are a couple links that I like....I also use Fitday quite often as well.
http://www.thinnerself.com/ There are some great links here!!
http://www.bariatricbytes.com/ Tooter has some great information!!

Another good site is www.yum.com
it posts the nutritional value for such fast food restaurants as taco bell and a few others that are owned by the same Co. as taco bell.
The neatest thing is that you can enter in for example, a steak chalupa. But say YOU order it with NO cheese, extra sour cream, extra lettuce...(or whatever) It will figure out the nutritional value for your specific item made your way! Cool huh!
