Breakfest: I got up to late for this meal Lunch: Chicken Strips a couple fries and some gravy Snack Peanuts and Cheeze-Its Dinner: Potatoes and Little Smokies Snack: protein shake and popcorn with a movie I am suppose to eat more because of being pg but i havent felt to hot Marsha Lap Rny 6/16/03 - 109 16 weeks prego have a good weekend

B-fast- Yougart Lunch- string cheese & pepperonie Snack- 3 oatmeal raisian cookies made with splenda and wheat flour!! YUMMY!!!!!! Dinner- Sliced turkey w/gravey, 2 sliced of sara lee delightful wheat bread, califlour. Snack- Cin roll made with splenda and wheatflour!!!! {{{HEAVEN}}}

o.k. I am going to get alot of people mad but here goes. Remember I am only 2 months out. breakfast:half a slice of wheat bread with peanut butter. snack: piece of cheese. lunch: half a yogurt. snack:nothing. dinner:potato soup about a fourth a cup. snack: protien bar (man some of thoughs bars have so many carbs in them) I drank crystal light all day. Coffee in the morning (one cup with reduced suger hazelnut creamer). Maybe one suger free candy. Not enough but I have to do better. Thanks, Penni
