I'LL GO FIRST!!!!! I was a Southbeach girlie today! Well almost totally! YOU HAVE TO BE HONEST... NO FIBBING FOLKS! What did you eat for breakfast today? 1 packet SF Carnation instant Breakfast mixed with 1 cup Hood's CarbCountdown Milk. 1 small grapefruit and 1 Southbeach Cereal bar. Black coffee of course! Mid morning snack? 1 SB Cereal Bar Lunch? SouthBeach Dinner (Green bean/Chicken Almondine) VERY GOOD! Mid afternoon snack? Black coffee and SB Cereal Bar Dinner? Southbeach Penne Roasted chicken with pepper sauce Late night snack? NOT GOING TO HAVE ONE TONIGHT... Did you take your vitamins or other supplements and if so what were they? yes ma'am. Two Centrum adult vitamins (one morning one late afternoon) 3 - Triple Omega Complexs - Calcium...oops almost forget my sublingual B-12 liquid drops this morning! Did you exercise? Worked both jobs today... walked my hiney off at both ...other than that didn't get in any other exercise... OK..WHO IS NEXT???? Elizabeth~

I missed another question....geez. I take one pre-natal vitamin daily...used to take a handful until my PCP told me the pre-natal was what I need...FOREVER! I give myself a B-12 shot once a month.

For breakfast I had half a piece of whole wheat toast and peanut butter. No snack just liquids. Lunch yogurt, half a container. No snack, just liquids. For dinner I went out for the first time with friends and had a tortilla with cheese and olives refried beans. I ate very little but it was neat going out. Later on in the night about 10:00 I had a SB protien bar. I was able to eat about half of it. I think I need to eat more. I did take my vitamins yesterday, its called opti source (given to me at the surgeon's office) I found out I need to be taking biotin for hair loss and B100. I need to start that. I didn't exercise much except cleaning the house laundry running after my 23 year old and walking around walmart (slowly) so I would count that as "real" exercise. I hope to be going to the gym soon (the beginning of next week) I will be doing the tread mill, bikes and free weights (which I love) Well, there you have it. Penni

What did you eat for breakfast today? Oatmeal with 15 grams of protein. Mid morning snack? Low carb chocolate milk - very good Lunch? 1/2 McDonalds side salad, cheese stick Mid afternoon snack? Hot chocolate with 15 grams of protein - I think I am addicted to this. The warmth feels so good. Dinner? tuna salad, pumpkin pie no crust and made with splendid. Connie Late night snack?
