Good Morning Missouri...
Hello all. I'm back. I went yesterday and had my staples and the JP Drain removed and I feel really good. I have missed posting and responding to posts but I will hopefully be posting normally now. I hope everyone had a good Christmas and that Santa was kind. Today I am just going to relax and take it easy, nothing big on the schedual and I want to keep it that way. Remember to respond to posts and sign some surgery pages, it means a lot to those people to know there are people that care. love ya.

Wayne,
I'm sorry I am so late. I was quite busy at work today and had no time for the boards.
I'm glad you got the stitches and the drain out. That usually makes everyone feel so much better. I checked your profile, and I see you have already lost 25 lbs. Way to go!!! It's only the beginning. You are going to be a tremendous success story.

Hi Wayne. So glad to see your smiling face when I logged on tonight. Glad to hear you had a safe trip yesterday to get your staples and drains out. That has to feel much better. I know how much I hated the staples and drains when I had my c-section. I hated it. It has to feel to good to be on the losing side though. 25 pounds since surgery is fantastic and only the beginning. Hopefully I will be on the losing side soon enough.

Heya hiya Wayne...
Very glad to know that the pesky drain is out. I lucked out and didn't have to have any of the infernal things in me. I had no staples either since I was lap... so I lucked out there. About the ONLY thing that drove me bonkers was the internal stitches that were in the biggest port (the one where the did the most work through) oh Lord have mercy... they burned, pulled, burned... it felt like hot pokers until the blasted things dissolved which took weeks! Honestly that was probably the single most pain of the whole surgical recuperation save for my arthritic knee going bonkers on me...
Glad to see you back to posting... we have GOT to get this board revived...
