Ohhhh local people...where are youuuu?

I know I've chatted with a few of you guys in my local area (Springfield and outlying areas) and now I want to get out there and meet people! I miss having girlfriends like I had back home. And truthfully, my best friends were people I met on this website. I was supposed to go to a post op WLS meeting at St John's but there was a yucky storm and tornado watches or warnings or whatever, that night, so I stayed in. I'm still interested in going to the meeting, going out afterwards, having lunch one day, or coffee or whatever! I miss being able to have lunch with a friend and talk forever. (lol the more talking, the slower we eat right??) Hope you guys are out there still! Reply here or send me an email. Take care, Kristen

We exchanged emails a couple months ago....which you could of made the support group meeting and went out to eat with us. We went to Chili's and had a lot of fun!! I can't come this next week but, I'll be at the February meeting for sure. Try and come!!! I think a group goes out to eat afterward every time. Tami Bellings and I looked around for a cute little blonde but, didn't see you. LOL I think we both scanned the sign in sheet and was gonna yell your name or something if we saw your name...but we didn't. Take care, Kelli

How funny! No I was holed up in my house. My Mom was calling me, kinda freaked out, "Is there a tornado in your area? Gramma called and said she saw it on the news. Are you OK?" Too cute huh! I had to tell her that there will be lot's of possible tornadoes and I'm not scared. (I AM somewhat scared, but not as much as before.) So when is the next meeting? Maybe I can go and meet Tami.
