Sedalia Support group

Who all is going to the Sedalia support group this Wednesday, Jan. 4th? I am definitely going, and I hope to see all my angelettes there too! Shrinking Patty

Hey Patty, I will certainly be there. I called the other night because I was wondering if we do that carb thing, you know subtracting fiber and something else from the number of carbs in it? Net carbs they call it. Do you do that or is it legal to do that? I can't wait to see you. As of this morning I have lost 50 pounds, can't believe it!!! I saw my family Jan. 1 and they were all so suprised and happy for me. We had Christmas and I was able to eat, alittle but I ate. It didn't even bother me to see others eat. One thing I noticed is the amount of food everyone eats. The piles and piles of it! Wow, I can't believe I ate like that. Well, hope all is well with you and see you tomorrow. Your angelette, Penni
