Are there places that will finance this surgery?

My DH just asked me this last night. I thought that my cousin had mentioned that there were some places that will take payments for this surgery. Wondering if anyone has done this? About how much would payments be? Does anyone have any phone numbers or websites that I could check out? Didn't think this was an option but it may be. Checking on getting insurance with the company that I will be returning to (seasonal work) for soon but if that doesn't cover the surgery, I will have to figure out a way to self pay. Checked there and will be $485-$585 per month for 5 years. Will have to get two or three jobs to pay that amount. Didn't apply but thanks for the info. Anyone know of any other ideas???????????????
