I AM SOOOOO TIRED Well I got back saftly from St Louis (biggest waste of $50.00 in gas in the world) and we could have done everything over the phone. Oh well no use crying over spilled milk (gas). For anyone interested I will be at Barnes Jewish Hospital The main number is 314-747-3000 if you call ask for Parrish Nale (Wayne is my middle name). My wife April may answer but tell her your from OH and she will answer your questions Oh Yea I will be having surgery on Thursday 12/22. I hope everyone is planning a fun weekend before Christmas. Remember to take some time to think about the true meaning of this holiday. It's not about the presents, it's not about the food, it's not even about being with and around family and friends, It's about the birth of our Saviour. It's about the fact that God could love us so much that he would send His Son to live amoung us as one of us. All the other things are nice but don't lose sight of the TRUE meaning of Christmas. Love and God bless you all. Wayne

Wayne Top of the morning to ya. I feel the same way when we make that dreaded trip to Columbia, MO. My body is killing me the next moring. {{{{6}}}} day and counting!!!!!!! Any big plans for this weekend?? I have to agree (let me rephrase this I dont have to agree. I just agree) with you on the true meaning of Christmas. So many people get caught up in all the holiday hype. And dont get me wrong I was one of them. But it isnt about what you can buy, how many lights go on the house this year, how big the tree is, what shows are on tv, getting to the mall to see santa, planning the famly dinner for christmas, or any of the other things that this world wants us to get caught up in. It is about celebrating the birth of our saviour. And ultimatley our rebirth also. That God loves us SO much that he sent his only son to this sin filled earth. To humble himself in our presents. To die (in my opion) one of the most painful deaths ever thought of. And at no time did he ever say. "You know what father these people will never accept us. The only time they will want anythng to do with us is when they are in trouble or they need someone to blame for there problems." But he didnt do any of those things. What he did say was "Forgive them father for they no not what they do" Just remember Christ is the TRUE meaning of CHRISTmas. Don't have a party without inviting the guest of honor!!!! Love ya Melissa

Wayne, I wanted to wish you the best of luck with your surgery. You are in very good hands with Dr. Eagon. This time next year that ride will be so easy as will just getting out and doing some shopping. I can't believe what a difference 43lbs has made already in me. Take care! Marla

good afternoon Wayne, Yes that is a trip to St. Louis. I just keep thinking of how soon it is coming. (for you). you will be uplifted with prayers and God will just protect you and send you back to all your friends on here. I am to go to St. Louis on Monday, not sure if I can go. This foot is taking its tool on me. where is your wife staying in St. Louis? Are you celebrating ahead of time with your children? I agree about Christmas also, and it is so sad when people just think of gifts and not the real meaning of Christmas.Colette

Wayne. I just made my third trip to St. Louis in 3 weeks. My family lives in Illinois just east of St. Louis. The trip back today was the worst. The traffic was horrible the whole way. I'm glad my husband was driving. Your big day is getting closer and closer. It's less than a week now. You are going to be so happy after you have this surgery. It's truly a gift. It may be the best Christmas present you have ever had. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas. Do you think you will be home before Christmas? That's going to be quite a ride home right after surgery. Linda
