I had my 1st post-op appt w/Dr. Horbostel today. On my scales here at home, I gained 18 pounds from day of surgery till I got home. So... On my scales, I've lost 32 pounds. On the docs, it's just 10. Grr... So... Am I doing alright? 11 days post-op... I've been walking at the fitness center... I guess I was just hoping it would come off faster! Penni, you're such an inspiration! Keep up your good work! Thanks Blessings, Stacey

Stacey, You are doing fine. I weigh on my scales at home and they always weigh lighter than the one at the office the fact is you are loosing and you will loose it faster soon. Everybody looses differently. What did Dr. H say was he happy with your weightloss? If he wasen't and was concerned he would have told you. You are doing fine! Remeber that if you are walking and building muscle, muscle weighs more than fat and maybe you are loosing inches rather than weight. There are alot of factors. You will be great! Just keep thinking positive. When I was where you were I over analized everything instead of thanking God for this gift He gave me. See how you do next week and don't forget to drink your water. Have a blessed day and smile. Penni
