Now I am not complaining because I have lost 40 pounds as of today. My surgery was 11-4. I do have a question. I am loosing 1 pound a day I usually don't loose more than that a day. I was wondering if that sounds normal or did any of you loose more than that in a day? I am completely happy I was just wondering. God bless, Penni

I haven't had my surgery yet but I would be thrilled to lose 1 pound a day. I would be at goal in less than a year. Just saying that makes me happy. Oh yea by the way GREAT JOB!!!!! Wayne

Penni, I would say you are doing very, very well. Overall, I certainly did not lose that fast. Do you post on the November 2005 surgery board. That will give you an idea of how your surgery mates are losing. Remember--everybody is different. I think a pound a day is a fabulous loss. Linda

Penni, You are doing wonderful!!! That is a great loss. Keep it up. Are u getting a variety of food? I am one week after as you know and I have stayed at 34 for 4 days now. Of course with not being able to walk on my foot much, and extra meds, I am sure eventually it will improve. I am happy with results. Keep up the good work. Colette
