Whole milk!
O.k. I got up this morning and all I had was my kids whole milk to mix with my protien drink--uggg. I mixed it up anyway and started drinking it. I then looked on the milk bottle and it said 11 grams of suger ahhhhhh. Do you all think it is o.k. to do 11 grams of suger for this one time? (I already did) I am a month out so I don't know if that will get me all out of wack. Help!!!
