Good Morning Missouri!!
I have been having a tough time eating healthy since mid-October (although I've been sliding backwards ever since early summer). I got on the scale yesterday (fully dressed), and the scale read 235, where just a week ago, it would say 225 (naked). OUCH!
SOOOOO...today, I am eating very healthy. I am taking my daughter to the gym to swim, so I will work on making sure I move the whole time. THEN, I am going to sit down and come up with a plan of attack for getting myself back on track.
Oh, yeah...and maybe I will shop some more!

I hope you can find a plan of attack, so you can get back on track. You have done so well. I always love reading your posts. You are an inspiration to me. I have lost 75 lbs. so far. I am half way to what the charts say I should lose. If I ever am able to do that, I will faint. I haven't weighed in the 150s since high school.
Definitely shop some more. Buy more clothes that you do not want to have to give away. That can be inspirational. If there is anything I can do, let me know. I fight my own battles with the demon food.
