post of visit
went to doctor yesterday. Official weigh in has me down 13 1/2 pounds. I was 16 down at home but that was in the buff. Official weigh in is still good in one week. So I am advanced to the next eating group. Need to tell you cream of potatoe soup tasted delicious for supper. Have a Blessed Thanksgiving.
I'm so glad you are doing well. I have been following your progress.
You are an inspiration to those of us that will soon have this awesome experience. Do you have any advise as to what I can be doing now to prepare for the surgery in 2 weeks. I have lost 20 pounds since my first visit to the surgeon. He said I didn't need to follow the pre-op diet to the letter. I can have one meal a day (starting Friday) and 2 liquid meals a day. I bought a large can of protein powder today at SAMS to make shakes with. I have been using my treadmill at least 5 days a week for 45 minutes. Have been doing this since the third week of September. Was wondering if I should start vitamins now? I want to have the great experince that you did.
Thanks for any help.

Congrats! Sounds like you are right on track! How are you feeling? Do you ever feel hungry? I did and it was awful. I figured out tha****ching the food network was NOT a good idea! LOL
Some people watch it and live vicariously through it, but not me! I dreamed of the food on there!
The good news, one day you can eat whatever you want, IF you want. But in such small portions. It's the most wonderful surgery ever!!!
Take care, Kristen
