Good morning everyone
Thought I would try and be the one that said good morning to everyone first..... I have the day off and it is wonderful, my son spent the night at my parents last night and my hubby is at work so I have decided to try and get my baby room worked on, I have a lot of clothes to fold and put away in the baby room. I may make my way to Wally world and get a curtain rod for the baby's room so I can hang the curtains in there....I plan on getting my housework done also. When the hubby and child are away is the best time to clean like I like to clean....Hubby does a good job on his days off but I do deep cleaning...Was thinking about going out and rakin' some leaves today also...I feel like I have a little energy....right now at least until this baby that I am carrying starts moving around....then I get tired....Shoot who am I lying to, I might even lay back down and take a short nap this morning.... .....Well I hope that everyone has a wonderful day and for all the Veteran's in the world today, THANK YOU!!!!!!!
May God bless each and everyone of you today.....
For those of you that are waiting for the surgery, keep your chin up it is well worth the wait.....
And for those who are already on the losing side, keep up the great work....
God has a very unique way of rewarding all of us....
God Bless

Got on the scale yesterday and I have only gained 9 pounds with this pregnancy and I have 14 weeks to go until delivery.....
How is my favorite mommy to be this morning?? I have the day off to and am getting ready to take one of our kitties to the vet in Rolla. She is sniffling and off her feed .. God love her we have had Honey for 15 years. She turned 15 on Mother's Day (yup she was born in my living room on Mother's Day!).... We love her to pieces and want her to be healthy!
Way to go on the lack of substantial weight gain. I know that you are going to be just fine... hey you have to let me know what you need for this little girlie girl that is on the way. Auntie E is going to have to get something you know.... *s*
Hey girl...the push for protein is working for me... I'm down 4lbs. since the last time I talked to you!.. only 21 lbs. from goal...wooooohoooooo.. I'm so jazzed.
Gotta scoot or I'm going to be late!
Everyone have a great day!

Marsha, just wanted to say it is so exciting to see someone pregnant! I'm 2 years out this month and we are TRYING to get pregnant. We tried for five years before surgery. We're hoping that the wt loss will help with getting pregnant.
It's funny how easy it is for some people to get pregnant and how obvious it is--HOW to get pregnant, but I'm here reading books on 'HOW TO CONCEIVE', 'HOW TO GET PREGNANT'! LOL
Did you have trouble? Do you have kids already?
I'm really excited to watch your progress!
Take care, Kristen
wow! I just posted to Marsha mom to be, and now noticing you're pregnant too and only gained NINE LBS so far! Amazing! This is so exciting.
My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. We recently moved here from Ca where we were this close to being foster parents in hopes of adopting a baby. My sister even threw me a baby shower. So I have loads of stuff! I just need a baby! So. we're working on it and we'll start looking into foster/adopt programs out here too.
Congrats on your pregnancy and keep us posted!

Rachael,
I am a week yesterday post op. I am 34 years old and know there is a posiblity of getting pregnant because my hubby and I don't like to use birth control. We count and all of that but there is still a big chance. I was wondering how you are with being pregnant and would you recommend it to a wls person. How did your doc feel about it? And how long post op are you? Sorry for all of the questions but I was just curious. Thanks, Penni
You really should get on some form of birth control, because I thought the same way about birth control and wound up pregnant just two months post op and then wound up having a miscarriage. I then started on the pill and in May quit taking them and was four weeks pregnant on Father's Day. We planned it, because I am only 100 pounds from having my tummy tuck. I was 11 months out when I got pregnant this time. My OB said that I am doing wonderful...I just make sure that I get my protein and vits in each day...I have only gained 9 pounds and the baby is doing fine. If you should have any other questions feel free to email me....
God bless
Rachael
