trip was fine

Some of you might know that I had to go to the city (k.c.) yesterday. It was fine as a matter of fact it gave my hubby and I some time alone and the drive was great. It did depress me a little. Anytime we go to the city we always eat somewhere cool. Well yesterday we couldn't do that of course. I started having all of these feelings of doubt. I just had to focus on the good and realize that God has given me this gift. I am sick of liquids but I know it serves it's purpose. In His Love, Penni

Penni, I'm glad you had a good safe trip. I proud of you for making the sacrifice. Just think of ALL the benifits you will reap because of your decision I know that eating out is the one thing I will miss most, but hopefully down the line I will be able to enjoy it again in moderation. Penni, I am so proud of you. You will have those moments but be proud of yourself for all you have done. Someday you will be able to go out and eat again. Talked to my friend in Iowa last nite who had the old procedure yearsa ago in 1970's and she is in extremely great condition and oh so-0-o -o slim. Love ya, Colette
