How funny you sent this link. I am the queen of buikding the massive haunted house in my front yard. THis year we have decided not to do it. We have so much going on right now that it's just too much work. We will spook up our porch for sure. We will never be an ordinary knock knock, trick or treat house. We will HAVE to do something spooky. Just wanna break it slow to these kids...we're new here, don't want to get banned from the neighborhood or anything! Lots of people here don't DO halloween. It's Harvest instead. They go to a church function, This includes some of my relatives, and I am so bummed that they won't be able to come over. That is one of the things that killed the excitement! Next year though, we will go all out! We build a huge maze/house out of pvc pipe, 2X4's, and black plastic sheeting. The haunted house at our old house was about 1000 square feet! Now our front yard is 5 times the size of our old yard....so...It's gonna be incredible, what we can do! I make monsters out of chicken wire, joint compound and burlap, use a mask for their face and WOW it really scares the crap outta those kids! HEE HEE!! Thanks for the postings!!! Love ya! Kristen

I'm so jealous of you all! I'll bet there are people coming all the way from NORTHERN Cali (that's like an 8-9 hour drive!!!) to attend! You guys ROCK the U.S. WLS CIRCUIT!!!!
