missouri self pays :help:

Has anyone had a self pay, lap rny in missouri? If so, where, what doctor and how much money did it cost? How much up front, etc. Also, wondering if anyone went out and purchased an insurance policy to help pay for rny and if so which company, how long did you have to wait, etc. I live closest to the springfield area but would be more than willing to travel. thanks!
