I am so glad to see people getting involved in the survey!! Being from California and on the HUGE ca boards, I'm used to the boards moving at a high pace. There are just so many more people on the board there. I thought, what the heck, if I'm gonna live in Mo, I might as well be a part of the Mo boards right? Doing this helps me to get to know people better and I love to read other peoples answers. I wanted to tell you something though, as a post op, you WILL get to eat chocolate (if you choose). Not right away, not for many months, but one day you will have a peice of chocolate and it will be great. You will not need a pint of ben and jerrys or the whole bag of halloween candy (my past eating habits!) to be satisfied. Not to mention you will feel like you are gonna DIE if you eat too much! Anyway, I better get going. We are on our way to get firewood, a first for us Californians turned Missourans! We had a fireplace back home, but it was gas and only for looks. Made a lousy 3 inch flame and didn't put out a bit of heat. We made a fire yesterday and noticed our thermometer go up 6 degrees in just minutes... Brr! I hope I get used to this! Take care, Kristen
