I pop in from time to time; but life is crazier than usual for me right now. I'm doing well. Below my goal weight and still losing apparently! I'm at 144 lbs now, and since "ideal body weight" for my height is 138 lbs, guess I'll shoot for being "ideal". Traci 250/144/149

Hi Melissa, Well I too have been a wee busy. My son and I rode our bikes for about 2 miles today. Then we went to his school for Dads night. let me tell ya that was too cool for words. We played games, the kids and the other dads had hotdogs and chips. His and the other 3rd grade teachers set it all up and it ended with the kids singing take me out to dads night. So, I am here in and out. I tried to shake the cob webs outta the board with a question of the week. I am thinking the next one, maybe a little racer, kidding..... So pop a note my way if ya get time, or say hay here Gevin

Allo, I am here - been a little bummed because I've been told that MO Medicaid is ending, and I'm being cutoff, so I'm not sure if I can still even get approved for the surgery.......any ideas or helpful advice???
