Haven't posted in awhile

Good Morning and Hello again. I haven't posted in quite awhile. Some of you may remember me and some of you probably don't know me. I had my surgery with Dr. Wagner, on Aprill 11, 2005. As of today, I have lost a total of 107 pounds. I am thrilled to death with that! I feel great, mentally and physically and I love all of the compliments I get from family and friends. This is the best thing I could have done for myself. Really! And I would do it all again in a heart beat!! Even though I haven't gotten on this website much lately, I do have a great support system with the DePaul group on the first and third wednesdays of the month. We have really great discussions and a lot of laughs. I am still obese, but I have moved from one catagory to another. I can remember thinking I couldn't wait to get down into the next category and I hadn't checked my BMI for months. Now I am at the bottom of the next category and I am thrilled with that. I pray all is well with each and everyone of you and for those of you who know me, sorry I haven't been on here for awhile. Shelli mentioned to me at the meeting Wednesday that she hadn't seen me on here so I thought I better post. Take care and I won't be such a stranger. This board has also helped me out a great deal, especially pre surgery. Have a Great day! Hi Jan!!! It was great seeing you at the DePaul meeting......I really enjoyed our group discussion on Sex-ercizing! I was glad I attended that meeting! Whewwwwwwwww !!! By the way, you look fantastic! I plan on attending the next meeting....and I hope to bring my pal Laura....you'll be amazed at how skinny she's getting too. See ya soon!
