Dr. Bruce Jones patients please respond!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Ar room. I have a question for all of you Dr. Jones patients...... What is the steps to use for Dr. Jones. Does he have someone there in his office that will help with all of the paperwork and the insurance stuff? What all does he require before he will do surgery??? Please help me out here.....
