Hey Theresa, Well, I think it is stress related. I had a seriously crappy day at work, the kids were driving me nucking futs and life just plain sucked to be me. I also think it has alot to do with me not being good with my antacids and my sinus drainage. Most of what came up was sinus... Yesterdaya nd today I am doing good everything is staying down. My last appt I mentioned it to Nancy and she ask about the nausea also, I told it just hits me when my stomach is I am guessing already full with drainage and then I go and try to eat something. Sounds nastier than it is, but she said it wasnt uncommon. As for , well, I always feel better afterwords, makes me think I am becoming a super model doing the binge thing... Ok kidding, I dont have the legs for that.. LOL Oh I like the toilet guy.. Where did you find that one?

Congratulations Gevin!! I know my 68 pounds in 3 months is good...but I envy your 100+!! I also have a picky pouch!! Sometimes I can eat something one day and it goes down and stays down just fine. The next day when i try to eat the leftovers it'll deal me fits!! I think there are times I'm just eating too fast. Went out to lunch today. Had grilled shrimp. Was eating and just started to hurt. Stopped for a while and then when I did resume eating, did so very slowly. The rest of the shrimp went down just fine. I am going to mention it to Dr. Scott when I go for my delayed (due to car trouble) 3 month check-up on Wednesday. Connie 410/347/279/134

Hi Connie, Well I wrote down all of the foods I have eatin in the past two weeks. OMG I was eating like a pig.. LOL, Actually I had less than 1 cup of food per day. I know I know not good, but I am getting proteins in via the shakes. So, anyhoo, I noticed that on some days I could tolerate some foods and on other days not. I.e., this week I cant tolerate peanuts or peanut butter, but I can eat cashews, only 6-8 in a day. Which isnt bad considering the fat in them is high. I tried a coupleof bites of my low carb, low fat lasagna last night and it felt like someone kicked me in the stomach for about 5 mins and then I was fine, but I hadnt had any milk all day, so I wonder if that had anything to do with it. I have noticed that when I have an 8oz glass of milk an hour before I attempt to eat any solids I do pretty good with them. I am thinking maybe it coats the stomach a wee bit and helps with digestion? Well I am glad to say i am now down to 206 and my XL shirts are getting large, funny I never ever ever thought I would be in a shirt as small as a XL let alone some large ones. Well let me know if you have ideas, recipes.. I am learning how to cook low carb, low fat meals for my family and am always looking for new ideas. Gevin 314.5/206/146 RNY 06-01-05
