looking for info on tummy tuck

I am set up to have surgery. oct.5th. and would like some feed back on what to expect.

Go to Communities/Plastic Surgery Forum. I wanted a tummy tuc****il I looked at the pictures in some of the profiles. Sorry, I'm not trying to scare you off, but it looked really painful! I'm a big whimp anyway. I'm only 4 1/2 months, I weigh 154 lbs and only have 28 lbs to go to reach my personal goal. I can only keep my fingers crossed and pray that I won't have enough loose skin to require a tummy tuck. So far, it's not looking to shabby. Good luck to you! Nancy 209/154/126

Angela, I haven't had a tt yet, I'll be having a lower body lift in February but I just had facial surgery and liposuction (debulking of the mid-section-pre LBL) and I've been told that the tt isn't near as painful asthe facelift or lipo. If that's the case, color me happy. This has been no picnic but I'm feeling so much better this week and I'm only 4 weeks out. I can now resume my normal exercize program. Good luck to you. ~barb
