Hernia? What/who Dr.?

I have a hernia about the size of an orange at the top of my insision about the size of an orange. I am almost 8 months out and have another 15 lbs. to reach my goal. I was a light weight when I started so my apron is not as bad as I thought it would be but it is there. I want to get both the hernia and apron taken care of at the same time but not sure what type of Dr. to go to or if insurance will cover the apron removal. Since I have lost the weight, I do have tremendous lower back pain. I don't know if it is from all the skin hanging. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks Sheila 233/145/130
