Well once again it has been a long time since I have updated. Weight loss has slowed WAAAAAAY down the closer that I get to goal but that is ok by me. I am loosing inches over lbs. at this time as my clothes are getting baggier and baggier. Also have noted that my rings are in danger of slipping from my fingers... I am having to watch them closely and have stopped wearing most of them for fear of loosing them! I will have to pay a visit to the jeweler once again. I wear mostly mediums and a few size large tops..but mostly mediums. Sz. 14 pants are way too baggy all over but I'm going to hold out and wait til I get a few more lbs. off before I go out and purchase another new wardrobe. Calculated my BMI this morning and sat here at the computer with tears in my eyes. I am now only considered "OVERWEIGHT"...no longer Obese. I'm 8lbs. from my surgeons goal that he set for me and only 38lbs. from MY alltime goal that I set.... I hadn't figured my BMI in forever so I passed that milestone unbeknownst to me... again..tears fell but they were happy tears. I haven't been at this weight for over 20 years. Thats right. 20 years. All in all...life IS good... Blessings to everyone! Elizabeth~

WOW!!! You must be on top of cloud # 9 How great for you. I am losing inches also; have given away a lot of my large clothes because I never want to get that big again also. Totally excited about the support group at DePaul Hospital; learning a lot of valuable information. Haven't lost any more weight but that is o.k. I am noticing the difference in my clothes size and that counts to. I am still going to CURVE 3 - 4 days a week depending on my social calendar....o.k. who am I kidding ...what social calendar....ha ha ha Great to see you posting again. Love ya....tell your dh....Hi also. Betty Myers
