First pre-op visit--WOO HOO!!
The drain is out; the staples were removed, and I am down 11 lbs. in one week

That's 11 lbs gone forever. I know I am in the "honeymoon period" but I have never felt so committed to a new lifestyle. I am looking forward to this just being normal. Right now I am questioning 
: everything. I double check everything 
, and will probably ending up driving my peope
