I am 8 months post op and have not lost a pound for three months since I started working out with a trainer. I don't know what to do.

Remember bigger muscles means more weight(good weight), When you work out and gain muscle mass the muscle mass weighs more then out of shape muscles. Sounds like its a platto u have hit. hang in there. Bill

If you haven't been taking your measurements, this might be a time to start. And have your clothes gotten looser, even with no weight loss? That's a sign that you are losing fat and gaining muscle. Try the measurements, and give it a while to work!

Sondra I also went through a long period of no weight loss and it drove me crazy!! Our bodies can really do some surprising things in holding onto the fat that we're trying so hard to get rid of!! Have you tried changing around the foods you eat and maybe change up on some of your exercises so it's not the same routine all the time? I know it's hard but remember that in time things will change. My scale finaly began dropping again and I was so happy when it did!! Lulu -185
