Sondra I also went through a long period of no weight loss and it drove me crazy!!
Our bodies can really do some surprising things in holding onto the fat that we're trying so hard to get rid of!!
Have you tried changing around the foods you eat and maybe change up on some of your exercises so it's not the same routine all the time?
I know it's hard but remember that in time things will change. My scale finaly began dropping again and I was so happy when it did!!
