Heat Relief Coming Soon

Hi Jeanie, It finally broke here. (we live just south of KC) We actually opened the windows and have the attic fan on. It's supposed to be cooooold tonight. I can't wait to walk outside and be able to breathe. Peggy

It's 90-something here and in the 60s at the airport. We were just talking about opening the windows once it cools off outside. This brick house really holds onto the heat. I'll be in KC Aug. 15-18th. I'm heading to Omaha for my 6-month check-up and I like to stay in KC. Jeanie

Yep - relief is finally here. Only 63 this morning. The humidity is still high, so I'm going to hold off turning on the attic fan, until it's not so sticky out. But I welcome the cooler air. BTW: I too miss those early post-op days when I was freezing all the time! LOL

Jeanie, Hope it gets here soon ... I'm way down in SE MO ... at the top of the bootheel, and it's still hot here. We need a break! Fan, girls, fan!!! Get that cool air down here! Myra
