Tummy issues?!?!

I was wondering how many of you that have had WLS now have a flat tummy? And did you achive it with a tummy tuck or on your own? I am 30 lbs away from my goal and would love to lose that weight in my stomach area alone. I dont know if a tummy tuck is covered under my insurance or not and I dont know if it would be advised if I wanted to have another child - I just need some belly advice can you help me?!?!?!?!
