See the Grandma PIC

I don't like to take pictures. Just an old habit - wonder why? Co-worker wanted to take my pic to send to a mutual friend --so I let her. The photo shocked even me . Even though I have lost in excess of 140 lbs. my self-perception is still off. Take a look at me now! (Go to my profile or Before/after Pics) --Not bad for 46 yr old Grandma! (p.s...
