OH MY !!!!!!!

I went to my new PCP my old one that I loved very much got the boot and moved shame on sparta hospital any way .... I love my new PCP she is just great her name is Dr.Womack from Perryville MO. ... she just could not get over that I have lost as much as I have and she said I don't have much hanging skin...well that's what she thinks LOL ... any way just got back from curves and guess what........ I lost 22 1/2 inches wow is all I could say in 30 days wow.. LOL and lost 20 lbs not to bad ..... I didn't do the inch thing when I started surgery I wish I would have but oh well ... man that was a good feeling..the ladys started to when she told me how much I lost .... and I got a FOOT on the wall ...LOL I feel even better now LOL hope everyone has a great and safe July 4th...
