POST OP FRIENDS....are you stuck...hitting a plateau....I found this on the main message board...was wondering if anyone is interested.... ****** A QUOTE FROM THE MAIN MESSAGE BOARD****** I'm going to do the Plateau Buster starting tomorrow morning. If anyone's interested, post it here so we can get a count. Everyday I'll ask what everyone's eating from the plan, and we can encourage each other as we go through the next ten days. Sure, some of us will fall off the wagon, but we'll help you get right back on! I'm prepared to do this with ten or two people, because I'm looking for accountability. If you're looking for someone to be accountable to for the next ten days, say so!! Here's the plan: PLATEAU BUSTER!... #1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau #2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day (Some have suggested Propel/crystal lite but I don't think this is a good idea. But if it works for you, great! Better to squeeze a lemon in some water - just my opinion) #3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day #4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day beef; pork; chicken; turkey; lamb; fish; eggs; low fat cheese; cottage cheese; plain yogurt or artificially sweetened (?); peanut butter; beans/legumes You may also have: sugar free popsicles; tea or coffee; sugar free soda; sugar free jello; broths/bullion; crystal light drinks #5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!! I havent tried this , but i waxs told it doesnt work by a few diffrent people . and there is also a 3 day buster plan .. that is suppose to be better . i notice if i up my water and protein and take my vitamins and lay off the propel sodium ... i lose ..
