MO medicaid

can anyone help me with if or how i can go about getting surgery with a medicaid card any info would be great i am lost for where to start and if there is any help for me thank you kirk [email protected]

yes i am in joplin missouri do i just call his office and ask for an appointment or must i be referred thank you so much kirk

Kirk, The first thing you need to do is call his office 573-882-5673 and ask them for a packet. Once you get it, just fill it out and send it in and they will call you for an appointment. Because he is a medicaid participant, you dont need a referral. I'm not sure if you have straight medicaid or Missouri Care MC+ or Healthcare USA MC+ but I dont think he takes Healthcare USA, so it would be a good idea to ask Kassie when you call his office if they take your particular medicaid. I have MC+ Missouri Care and just had my surgery on the 6th of this month so he does take medicaid.
