Getting Legislation Passed

Currently there are 5 states in the United States that have made it a law that insurance companies must cover morbid obesity. There is HB84 in the state of Missouri that would sort of do the same thing. But the bill just sets there we need to PUSH our state representatives to get this going when they start the new session. Julie, I looked up the bill on the Mo House web site and HB84 is not a health bill it is a political party bill. Do you have the correct bill number? Are you shure it is a MO state bill or maby its a federal bill. Joe
