Amazed with aftercare visit

I went back to Dr Scott's office today to get the drain and staples out and was amazed!! I was really hoping that I would be in the 370's since the day after surgery I was 390. I stepped on the scale to find that I was 370.8!!!! I was so excited I almost cried! I guess this is what they mean by, "I'm on my way" so here I come new me!! Darlene 411.8/370.8/170

I am feeling pretty good. Once the drain comes out that pulling sharp pain is almost completely gone. Other than that I am smooth sailing. Good luck with your up coming visit.

Darlene I started out at 381 and I'm now 263. I'm about 8 months out and have lost 118 lbs. Just thought I'd let you know because when I was at your point, I was always wondering where others were at and how much I'd lose and how fast, etc. I can't remember where I was at the drain pulling stage but you could go to my profile and see. I've got it listed there. I've slowed down a lot now. I'm still losing 3-4 lbs a month. My schedule is all blown to pieces this summer with taking 4 teenage girls everywhere to their various events. They all go somewhere every day at different times and have to be picked up at different times. So, I haven't hit my stride with my aquasize schedule this summer yet. But I hope to get back into that and get the loss going good again. 20 lbs down is awesome. Keep up the good work! Teresa 430/381/263/150
