How much do you take????

Calcium..I am taking citracal calcium citrate + D I have been taking 1000mg but am I to take 1500mg I for got what they told me I know I can call them but wanted to see how much you all are taking...I know some take tums I would think there is not that much calcium in them..thanks Shelly

I take 1000 mg. i think tums is not calcium citrate but calcium carbonate or something like that. I know the viactiv is calcium carbonate although the carmels are really good!

Some times I wonder if any of them know what they are talking about the diet lady told me to take the pills who knows any more but I really don't think they tums would have as much in them..
