Kindness matters!

I went to Barnes Jewish in St. Louis today for pre-op evaluation & tests(surg. June 8th). Everyone I came in contact with starting with the people working at the valet parking area, receptionist,the nurses, the P.A. & the lab person wer All cosiderate & helpful . I was surprized to find so many nice people in one place. I sure hope my hospital stay goes this well. Kathy O.
