Curves is great man I feel so good I love to work out...this is just so crazy I'm going to go back tomorrow...I can't belive I did the work out just crazy....I do feel it in my legs and arms...

Way cool Shelly!!! I'm considering Curves when I can...if I can come up with the $$ to join, that is!!! I also have a friend whose husband is a personal trainer at another gym, so that is an option as well. We'll see....
