how long after surgery were you able to go work out at the gym?

About 8 weeks but walking as soon as you can.I think it's really up to your Dr best of luck to you.. Shelly

Hey I have to get focused on someting other than food. So I would see about getting back to the YMCA. What I will do is talk to my surgeon on thursday about it. Thanks for the message.
